Students will receive a prep workshop on public speaking. CMNS 185 is a requirement for all communications students, and the purpose is to bring a positive light to public speaking !

As part of their first-year requirements, Bachelor/Minor in Communications students must take a public speaking course. While some students may find this course challenging due to the presentations, case competitions, and group projects, public speaking is a valuable skill for all students and is easily transferable to any business or professional career. We invite all students at CapU who want to challenge themselves this semester to use this event as an opportunity to do that.
